A couple of local boys, Mike and Lenny Aiello, cooking up your classic subs from around the world. Every Sub is cooked when you order it, not before, so you get that unique, hot, grilled sub flavor. We will also have a wide variety of exciting wing flavors. We can't wait to serve you! 

Big Boy's Grilled Subs & Wings began because of Lenny and Mike (Aiello's) love of cooking. It started at an early age when they watched their grandmother cook pots of homemade Italian sauce, meatballs, and other delicious dishes in Boston's Italian North End District. While in high school studying the culinary arts, they worked in every setting from high society country clubs, cozy Jewish delicatessens and busy Italian restaurants. 

After graduating high school at the top of their culinary class, Lenny and Mike continued working in restaurants that featured a broad array of ethnic foods. The menu at Big Boy's reflects those years of culinary experience. 

Lenny and Mike settled in Washington, MO in 1994. They first cooked at The Brewery Restaurant, not far from Big Boys current location. Over the years they used their culinary skills locally at Elijah McLean's, Miller's Grill, The Pasta House and most recently at the Quincy Street Bistro in St. Louis. 

Lenny and Mike know you will enjoy the many distinct and unique items on their menu and will come back and enjoy Big Boy's many times in future days.
